I was very impressed with the quality of print from Mixam and the speed of service. I ordered a variety of materials for a business show and was very happy with how well they came packaged and delivered. One of the posters was delivered damaged, but I spoke to Chanel at Mixam and she was very quick with helping with the issue and re-sending out the poster free of charge. Will definitely be using more often!

I am thrilled with the books that Mixam printed for me. A history of my Irish family, to be left for generations to come. Following seven years of research, then the writing, I wanted to do my ancestors justice. I had no idea where to start, and then a friend in Ireland recommended Mixam. The quality of printing is so high, and at such a reasonable price. I phoned with a query, and immediately had a personal and helpful answer. I loved the preview, which you can share with others. I had used Mixam before to print a soft cover book in which they did an excellent job - so decided to use them again for a hard back book that I had put together. Everything was easy to upload/design on the website with good opportunity to check and change things as necessary before commiting to print. I was advised that several of the photos/graphics that I wished to use were probably not the best quality and might not display satisfactorily, but I had no alternatives and went ahead. I needn't have worried as the printed book was beyond my expectations and eveything was fine.
I have found that the website is easy to use, the pricing VERY competitive and the end result has always been superb. Thank you!

I needed to print off my photo book for my university final project, and the quality from Mixam was amazing. The website was easy to use and when I got stuck on figuring out the bleed part for my documents, I found that Mixam has a YouTube account with some videos helping with different things to do with using their site. And the pricing was half the price of other printing places I look at.

The shipping of the company is incredible as well as the quality for the price. After making an order, I received a faulty product however I received a full refund within the three days that I asked and ordered a much larger order of the same product and everything was completely perfect. I recently bought 600 A1 posters. They arrived on time but not in the condition I would have liked. Due to the way they are packaged, some of the corners/edges of some of the sheets arrived slightly damaged. The posters were spread over three boxes -- each box had some slightly bent/curled/creased posters.
I'm disabled so returning items is a huge hardship for me -- especially when the items weigh close to 30kg. I wish they were packaged better in the first instance. I can use most of them but it's not lost on me that the ones I have to discard for being imperfect have been paid for!
I'd suggest corner protectors for shipments like this to help minimise damage to vulnerable areas like the outer edges of paper sheets.

I have only words of praise for this company. The photobook I made for my choir has sold over 30 copies and everyone is delighted with the high quality of the book. I ordered a 210mm square hard cover book with 200gsm silk paper pages. The colour reproduction is excellent.

Was very sceptical about using online book printing, worried that I would pay then not be satisfied with the end result and wouldn't be able to correct it without incurring more cost and involve too much stress. The finished product however was excellent, much better than expected, very good quality, and correct first time. 20 copies of a hard back glue bound A5 book was delivered well within time at a reasonable cost.
The only tricky part of the procedure was using the template for the book cover graphics. This would be infinitely easier if the template diagram was over laid on an actual book to help visually understand the parameters. Other than that the procedure was simple and easy to follow.
No hesitation recommending Mixam.

I hadn't factored in the Easter holiday dates when I ordered. Everyone I spoke with went out of their way to make sure the unfortunate tight turnaround happened & the order arrived on the deadline. I'm grateful for that.
The only very minor issue was the cover. The proof shows the two woman with peachy caucasian skin which is what my file has. For some reason the end result gave them a more reddish (darker) hue. None of the recipients minded, but I'm unsure if I should have lightened the original to an almost pale complexion so a darker result would've been more natural looking.

Looking at your order and the cover, it does display quite red, this is most likely RGB colors which can have a tendency to appear more warm once converted to CMYK for printing. We recommend tying to supply files set up as CMYK and then it's best to download and check Proof type 3, to see the closest match possible to how your order will print.

The booklets I received were gorgeous, precisely as I designed them. Sadly, however, some of them arrived a bit damaged probably due to shipping issues. I advise to use softer packages to better isolate the products.

Easy to upload and review a perfect bound annual report for a small charity. The file checking by a member of staff gives additional confidence to a largely automated process.
