Mixam have printed 2 batches of my poetry book, both 150 copies each. They are beautiful and have provided what I asked for.
Mixam produced wonderful paintings on the book which are like my originals.
Mixam are good at communicating with me about the time of arrival of delivery and boxes only takes one week to arrive.
The only thing I don't like is that the bottom of some of the spines are scuffed so half cm looks white instead of turquoise.

Hi Mixam, Thanks for your quick and super efficient response to my wanting to publish a paperback. Had a bit of a problem with the sorting out of the detail before print, but probably more my inexperience at using the website tools. Think next time will be better. 'The Hermit of Castival' is now printed and all my friends have said that the layout and text is spot on. Thanks Mixam, will use you again.

The online chat help was very good and I was pleased because the process itself wasn't particularly easy and it took me ages to create my zine. Uploading photos was hit and miss with several having to be uploaded twice for no obvious reason. The finished product was good though.

Unfortunately our delivery was damaged due to heavy rain while with the courier company but we explained the situation to Mixam who were happy to help. They agreed to reprint the delivery for us without any hesitation while they worked with courier company to retrieve the damaged items. Very helpful, understanding and we were very happy with their customer service.
